There’s a special character in the network account name.

Message to students / Tier 1 Actions

Tier 1 should call/email June Mabrey (ext. 8317) or Clare Joyner (ext. 8313) to resolve the issue 

Inform the student to allow 24 hours to resolve. 

Notify student once resolved and cc; E-learning (Karen McClaskey) so that they are notified if Canvas account needs to be changed.
